Whether on stage, in front of the camera, in a workshop or in a one-to-one conversation: encounters with Adrienne & Marco Morgan Hammond leave a lasting impression.
“When she sings, her soul speaks.” Adrienne’s expressive voice moves listeners with its delicate timbre and her unique ability to reinterpret well-known songs in fresh and surprising ways. For her solo album *It’s Me*, critics have dubbed her “The New Voice in Jazz”. With her charm, humour and personal anecdotes, she also creates an immediate connection with her audience.
Marco captivates audiences with his soulful piano playing and an impressive stylistic range – from classical, pop and jazz to blues and gospel. He does not simply imitate other artists but imbues every piece with its own distinctive character. Even without a drum kit, he manages to bring out the characteristic groove of a wide variety of musical styles.
Together, Adrienne & Marco blend their roots in jazz, gospel and soul to create a sound all their own. Inspired by artists such as Sting, Seal, Joni Mitchell, Ella Fitzgerald, Herbie Hancock and Billy Joel, they embrace improvisation and spontaneity. For the third time, Adrienne & Marco will be performing at the ‘Aufderhöher Christmas Market in Solingen’ on the 6th of December 2026.
Look forward to fresh, surprising arrangements of popular gospel, soul and jazz songs. As always, you’re warmly invited to sing along and get actively involved. Let yourself be surprised by creative ideas – and sing, laugh and just enjoy a wonderful time!
